West Austin Studio Tour 2021

Thanks to everyone who came by to visit and look at my art! And, special thanks to those of you who gave my artworks a new happy home. It’s always a little bitter-sweet to see my work go but I need to send it on its way so that I have room mentally and physically to make even more art.
I survived my first-ever Austin Studio Tour as an artist participant! It was great… okay, it was hard work but it was still great. I think it would have been easier if it had been inside but we did it outside due to the pandemic. I’m hopeful that we’ll be able to invite people into our actual studio in coming years.
“Come Make Art With Us”
During the second weekend I got my act together and set up a table with watercolor supplies for people to use while they visited. We had a few people participate. Mostly my kids and I had fun painting.
Perfect!
I was worried that it was going to be too cold during the second weekend but it ended up being perfect weather all four days.
